SQUEALS LIKE A *&#%@.LATER, REMOVED INSIDE AXLE COLLAR, MACHINED THE AXLE AND FABRICATED A  BRACKET TO SUPPORT THE PERFORMANCE MACHINE   BRAKE CALIPER. ALSO HAD THE PM LOGO ENGRAVED ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE CALIPER... AS ITS NEW MOUNTING POSITION LEFT THE LOGO FACING IN!STOCK WINDSHIELD TAPED OFF FOR CHOPPING... LOOKED MUCH BETTER AFTERWARDSSOFTAIL REAR WHEEL REPLACEMENT REVEALED SOMEONE'S FAULTY WORK!
NOTE THE PAD RETAINER POSITION IN PIC VERSUS THE REVERSED POSITION AS EVIDENCED BY THE MARK ON THE BACKSIDE OF THE PAD... CAUSED UNEVEN WEAR OF THE PAD, LUCKILY IT WASN'T ON THAT WAY TOO LONG SO NO NEED TO REPLACE THEM!DRAGONFLY FAIRING ON A ROADKING, 6X9'S INSTALLED ALONG WITH AN ALPINE IVA 100. WHICH PLACES THE iPOD INSIDE THE SADDLEBAG. THE IVA GIVES YOU FULL CONTROL OF THE iPOD SO THERE'S NO NEED TO MOUNT IT ON THE BARS WHERE ITS EXPOSED TO THE ELEMENTS. ADDED AN EXTRA BARRIER TO PROTECT AGAINST WATER DAMAGE AND IF YOU LOOK CLOSE AT THE STAINLESS STEEL HARDWARE IN THESE PICS YOU NOTICE A DAB OF SILICON TO HELP KEEP THE FASTENERS IN PLACE... LOTS OF "VIBRATION HERE"POWER COMMANDER V & AUTO TUNE INSTALLLED ON AN '07 FLHTC. LOWERS THE HIGH OIL TEMP BY ABOUT 60 DEGREES. OPENS THE UNTAPPED POWER THESE ENGINES HAVE. TOO BAD EPA STANDARDS CHOKE THEM OFF SO BAD. TYPICALLY YOU'LL SEE A 20 HP GAIN AND LITTLE IF ANY CHANGE IN FUEL ECONOMY.  THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU FORGET TO PUSH THE ENRICHENER KNOB BACK IN ON YOUR CV CARB! EVENTUALLY YOU'LL HAVE TO REPLACE THE SLIDE! PULL IT OUT LONG ENOUGH TO GET THE BIKE STARTED THEN USE YOUR THROTTLE LOCK TO KEEP THE RPM UP TILL IT WARMS UPTHIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR REAR ENGINE MOUNTS FAIL, THIS BIKE HAD ITS S&S 124 BOUNCING OFF THE FRAME CAUSING SEVERE VIBRATIONCUSTOM EXHAUST BRACKET SO WE COULD INSTALL A D&D BOARZILLA ON AN EVO S&S 124.IMPROPERLY ASSEMBLED FRONT TRIPLE TREES CAUSED THE DAMAGE ON THIS BIKES LOWER STEERING NECK BEARING SEAT.ANOTHER VIEW OF WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THOSE REAR MOTOR MOUNTS FAIL, CHECK THE ANGLE OF THE FRONT MOTOR MOUNT VERSUS THE FRAME SUPPORT.MOCK UP OF THE EXHAUST SUPPORT BRACKET FOR THE BOARZILLA PIPE. NOTE: IF YOU HAVE A BIG INCH MOTOR RUNNING THROUGH A VANCE & HINES PRO-PIPE, CHANGE IT... THAT PIPE IS AWESOME BUT WAS ORIGINALLY DESIGNED FOR 80" EVO'S AND NOT MUCH BIGGER!NOT SURE WHY SO MUCH WEAR ON THIS FRONT AXLE OUT OF AN '06 ROADGLIDE, DID HOWEVER NOTICE THE FRONT WHEEL SPACER, ONE WITH THE NOTCHES IN IT,  WAS INSTALLED BACKWARDS.... SEE IT ALLOT WHEN I AM AT BIKE SHOWS... CAUSES EXCESSIVE DRAG ON THE FRONT BRAKES, JACK YOUR BIKE UP SOME TIME AND SPIN THE WHEEL SOUND SYSTEM DONE ON A VROD,  FAIRING IS FROM A ROADGLIDE! ANOTHER IVA 100 WITH A PAIR OF FOCAL SPEAKERSWE BUILD OUR OWN MOUNTING BRACKETS OUT OF PLASTIC AND THE FACEPLATE ADAPTOR IS MADE FROM SOLID BLACK LEXAN FOR A NICER FINISHINTERNAL ANTENNA, WATER COVER AND ABS MOUNTING PLATES FOR THE CROSSOVERSRE-WIRING DONE TO CORRECT SOMEONES PRIOR ATTEMPT !WIRING HARNESS EXTENSION DONE WHILE ADDING BEACH BARS TO A SOFTAIL DELUXE, NOTE THE SOLDER & HEAT SHRINK!INSTALLED A POWER COMMANDER ON THIS BIKE AND TUNING ISSUES REVEALED A FOULED PLUG. COULDN'T GET RID OF EXCESSIVE POPPING ON DECEL... THE FOULED PLUG ACTED LIKE A GLOW PLUG ONCE THE ENGINE WAS HOT, CAUSING THE PROBLEM. WILL BE WATCHING THIS BIKE IN THE FUTURE TO MAKE SURE IT ISN'T  MORE SERIOUS!THIS CUSTOMER HADN'T CLEANED HIS AIR FILTER, HD PAPER ONE! CAUSING EXCESSIVE OIL BIULD UP FROM THE CRANK CASE BREATHER. NOT ENOUGH SUCTION!!!REPLACED THE FILTER WITH A K&N, CLEANED UP THE OIL CAUSING THE CUSTOMER TO NOTICE A HUGE DIFF IN PERFORMANCE THE RESULT OF SOMEONE WORKING ON A CVO BIKE WITH A HYDRAULIC CLUTCH. MATCHED UP TO A BAKER 6 SPEED AND PRIMO RIVERA PRO CLUTCH! YOU CAN'T ALTER THE LENGTH OF THE PUSHROD. HERE IT DESTROYED THE CLUTCH PISTON BORE!NEW CLUTCH PUSHROD ON THE RIGHT, WORN ONE ON THE LEFT! CAUSED BY ALTERING THE PUSHROD LENGTH AND THEN CORRECTING THAT PROBLEM BY CHANGING THE THICKNESS OF THE CLUTCH PLATES. YOU SIMPLY CAN'T DO THAT!CHOPPED PUSHROD WITH A PIECE OF MATERIAL WELDED INTO THE MIDDLE. IN THE END WE REPLACED THE PUSHROD, CLUTCH PISTON AND SEALS AND ORDERED THE CORRECT CLUTCH PLATE (1) AND CORRECT CLUTCH SPRING, BIKE HAS AN S&S 124 SO THE SPRING NEEDED TO BE THE STIFFEST NOT THE LIGHTEST."09 FLHX getting new Renegade wheels, Power Commander V,  chrome lower legs, complete HD Flame collection set, chrome levers, Klockwerks flush axle, full stereo upgrade and Streamer HID headlight."09 FLHX, Jackpot Carbon Fibre Mufflers.
